Willing to be Placed at Palembang Indah Mall

Responsibilities:

Take charge of quantity surveying activities throughout project lifecycles, ensuring accurate cost estimations and effective budget management.
Adjust project plans and cost estimates as needed to align with evolving project requirements and client expectations.
Manage, supervise, and support the quantity surveying team members, fostering an environment conducive to their professional growth and development.
Utilize advanced quantity surveying software and tools to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach, focusing on results and maintaining open communication channels with project stakeholders.
