Qualification:

Minimum education S1 (All Major)
Have experience in talent acquisition, and mass hiring at least 2 years (from FMCG background is preferred)
Familiar in using professional job posting portal and proactively source candidates
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Having good communication skills
Willing to be placed in Medan, Padang, Palembang, Tangerang, Pontianak, Sukabumi, Bandung, Cirebon, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, Manado, Makassar, Banjarmasin
