Pos Logistics Indonesia is a subsidiary company of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).
Officially established on January 12, 2012. Started in 2004 as a business project and developed to be a Strategic Business Units (SBU) of Pos Logistics in 2007, and continue in 2009, The Pos Logistics SBU has been revitalized to be more oriented on the increase of competitive advantages in the logistics industry and focus on the cultivation of its business through the logistics business management competence enhancement. Initiatives are taken by PT Pos Indonesia to revitalize this SBU through the recruitment of professionals in the logistics sector and business consultation assistance in formulating business strategy and positioning.
Pos Logistics as 3th Party Logistics Solutions provides logistics solutions for business customers segment (B2B) and providing retail services cargo logistics for the retail customer segment (B2C). Our target market are: Automotive, Consumer goods, Chemical, Pharmacy, Fashion, Postal & Courier, Government, Telecommunications, Mining, Oil & Gas, Agribusiness, and Heavy equipment.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1 years experience as sales executive in Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding industry
- Proven track record of closing revenue-generating deals and building relationships
- Experience in a client facing sales role in a B2B environment
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders at executive and C-level
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
- Self-motivated, ambitious, determined, and problem-solving
- Placement: Jabodetabek, Palembang, Balikpapan, Makassar, dan Medan
Requirements:
- Achieve sales targets by ensuring effective execution of sales process
- Selling logistics & supply chain services to acquire new customers as well as developing existing customers
- Actively gain leads and new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers This involves researching industries, markets, and leads to find new prospects
- Ability to upsell, cross-sell and employ other methods to increase sales revenue
- Daily sales visit and meet with customers to negotiate new contracts and discuss possible upgrades
- Respond to customer inquiries for commercial and services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Pos Logistics such as Operations, and Vendor Management to ensure successful business execution and customer satisfaction
