Sekolah Murid Merdeka merupakan sekolah inovatif yang fokus pada metode belajar blended learning, yaitu kombinasi praktik pendidikan konvensional (offline) dan pendidikan berbasis digital (online). 

Sekolah Murid Merdeka (SMM) berkolaborasi dengan Gramedia dalam membangun sekolah di beberapa aset properti Gramedia.

Saat ini Gramedia x Sekolah Murid Merdeka tengah membuka lowongan kerja untuk menempati posisi:

HUB SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Make sure all Students/Parents are satisfied with Hub service, Responsible as one of the communication channels of Hub with parents/prospective parents of students, information on activities at Hub, and information and promotions of SMM & Sekolah.mu
• Manage Partners Relation (hub owner, supplier, program provider): Coordination with academics and class teachers regarding students' issues and developments in the class, Be an evaluator for teachers' performance at the Hub
• Hub Operations & Performance: Ensure and monitor operational activities to run smoothly
• Business of hub (profitability/revenue & cost): Create initiatives and activities on the Hub in order to achieve revenue and targeted number of students, Evaluate monthly cost

Qualification:

• Min. D3/S1
• Have experience in managing programs/organizations, preferably in the field of education
• Able to use G-Suite (Spreadsheet, docs, presentation), report writing, data analysis, handling complaint, teamwork
• Willing to be placed at SMM Kotabaru - Palmerah Barat/Palembang/Bandung/Manado
