Accord Innovations Indonesia is hiring Urgently for:

IT Asset Management

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma-3 degree in computer science or related field
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required or any Intern
• Knowledge of IT-related matters, such as Printers, Laptops, Switches and knowledge of some of the parts that need to be registered as IT Assets
• Basic Knowledge of all enterprise hardware and software used in the company
• Basic understanding of Manage Engine software related to Asset Management 

Responsibility: 

• Procurement of IT goods (familiarity with SAP is a plus)
• Receive the goods that arrive and check whether they match the specifications, quantity and type of goods
• Carrying out GR (goods receipt) / SES (service entry sheet) Asset barcode, input to the asset management system 
• Controlling, monitoring, maintaining and controlling asset storage warehouses 
• Stock Taking and Asset Write-Off
• User support for IT tools and equipment
